Our offers are realistic, our terms are clear, and our deals complete. After that, we don't sell your business on: we intend to own and run it for good.

我的生意適合嗎？Is my business a good fit?
如果您在香港經營生意多年，建立了一班忠實熟客，正考慮交棒、退休，或希望減少親身打理，我們都樂意與您傾談。If you've run a business in Hong Kong for years, built a loyal base of regular customers, and are thinking about handing over, retiring or stepping back from the day-to-day, we'd be glad to talk.
我未打算退休，也可以傾談嗎？I'm not ready to retire. Can we still talk?
當然可以。及早了解自己有哪些選擇，日後無論作何決定，都會更從容。Of course. Knowing your options early makes any later decision easier.
員工會怎樣？What happens to my staff?
團隊是業務的根本，我們希望與他們一起走下去。任何安排都會先與您商量；交易落實前，亦會與您議定何時及如何告知員工。Your team is the heart of the business, and we want to keep working with them. We'll discuss any plans with you first, and before anything is final, agree with you how and when staff are told.
交接後我需要留任多久？How long would I need to stay on?
視乎您的意願和業務需要，由數個月至較長時間不等，由您與我們一同商定。It depends on what you want and what the business needs, from a few months to longer. We'll agree it with you.
會有人知道我考慮出售生意嗎？Will people find out I'm thinking of selling?
不會由我們透露。未經您同意，我們不會接觸您的員工、業主、供應商或客戶。Not from us. We won't contact your staff, landlord, suppliers or customers without your agreement.
收購價如何決定？How is the price decided?
我們會按業務的實際盈利和營運狀況出價，並向您清楚解釋計算方法。We base our offer on the business's actual earnings and condition, and explain clearly how we arrived at it.
你們日後會把我的生意轉售嗎？Will you sell my business on later?
不會。我們的目標是永久持有並親自經營所接手的企業，不會為了短期回報而轉售。No. Our aim is to own and run the businesses we take over for good, not to sell them for a quick return.
